This project involved a two-story rear-yard addition and a full renovation of an existing single-family home, originally built in 1940. The addition expanded the home’s square footage to accommodate the needs of a family of four. To maximize interior space while adhering to zoning restrictions, the addition features a thin brick veneer finish. The structure itself is constructed from masonry block and reinforced with structural steel framing.
